The 4-Step Dental Implant Process

Dental Implant Surgery

However, once this fusion is complete, it ensures that the dental implants remain sturdy enough to act as replacement tooth roots. From there, abutments can be attached to the top of the posts, which are connector pieces that eventually secure the replacement teeth.
